Parade of Lights

I.U.P.A. Local Coalition of Police, #911 Members participated in the Tomball Parade of Lights in a department high water rescue safety vehicle, patrol vehicles, and motiorcycles; celebrating twenty-two years of lighting up Main Street in Tomball!

Harris County Constable Precinct 4 shard on social media, “Constable Mark Herman’s Office participated in the Tomball Night Parade of Lights. This Tomball event was celebrating 22 years of lighting up Main Street in Tomball. It is open to any participants who decorate their golf carts, vehicles and/or trailers with lights for the parade down main street.”

The post continued, “Constable Mark Herman entered one of his agency’s high water rescue vehicles along with several patrol vehicles including the two new motor cycle units! Many local residents, government officials and business leaders participated in this event. The street was lined with people who came out to watch the parade and fireworks show.  A good time was had by all! Thank you for having us!”
