I.U.P.A. Local Lakewood Police Union, #303 Members participated in National Night Out with members of the Lakewood, Colorado community!
Lakewood Police Department shared a post on social media, “Another fantastic National Night Out is in the books! Thank you everyone in our community who came out to enjoy the company of their neighbors and their police department! We loved seeing all of you!”
National Night Out, the website, states that, “National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.” Learn more about it here.

Neighborhoods host block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts and various other community events with safety demonstrations, seminars, youth events, visits from emergency personnel, exhibits, and much, much more.”
