New Smyrna Beach POA, I.U.P.A. Local #6057 Members attended Blue Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic School and Church who stated on the flyer for the event, “In this celebration of Mass, we will honor those currently serving as first responders. The Blue Mass is also an opportunity for the community to show gratitude to first responders and their families.”
On their website for the event, they stated, “BLUE MASS at Sacred Heart was a huge success! Thanks to all our men and women in uniform who came and gave us the opportunity to thank them. Refreshment were provided by the 8th grade class. God bless you all!”
New Smyrna Beach Police Department posted on social media, “Thank you to Sacred Heart Catholic School for hosting Blue Mass this morning! We appreciate all of your support and love.”
