Two I.U.P.A. Locals partied hard with the community members they protect and serve this year for Halloween!
Salt Lake Valley Law Enforcement Association members had a great time in Midvale, Utah at the Midvale City’s Halloween on Main Street event. Kids and adults alike donned their costumes and had a great time trick or treating as well as participating in all kinds of activities, including chalk art, painting, dancing, face painting, and of course, eating delicious candy! Local businesses, the library, and fire and police participated to make sure everyone had a safe and fun time.
Toledo Police Patrolmen’s Association partied hard at their third annual Halloween party in their union hall in Toledo, Ohio. Everyone enjoyed a pulled pork and a baked potato bar, an ice cream machine with a buffet of toppings to add, apple cider slushies, face painting, pumpkin decorating, and raffle prizes.
Officers, both on and off duty, were encouraged to come and bring their family to eat and enjoy each other’s company. Kids had the chance to show off their costumes and were rewarded with treat bags. There was a haunted house in the basement for the kids to play in, with varying degrees of scare factor, depending on the age of the kids who were visiting at the time. Watch the video below to see Toledo Police Patrolmen’s Association President Michael Haynes in the haunted house.
