C.O.P.S. Kids Camp 2022

By July 18, 2022 No Comments

C.O.P.S. Kids Camp is planned for surviving children (6-14 years of age) and their parent or legal guardian of law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty. C.O.P.S. Kids Camp provides families the opportunity to interact in a relaxed setting that is removed from everyday life. Often, young children who lose a parent do not have a safe, comfortable place to share their struggles with their peers. C.O.P.S. Kids Camp offers that, as well as a place for parents/guardians to do the same.

This year, The Milwaukee, WI Chief of Police and Milwaukee LEOs greeted children as they arrived at General Mitchell Field to come to camp. During Kids Camp Law Enforcement Night, the House of Harley-Davidson provided a generous donation to assist C.O.P.S. in their important work for law enforcement families. Milwaukee Police Department posted on Facebook throughout C.O.P.S. Kids Camp and shared the below photos. More information about C.O.P.S. Kids Camp is available here.
