National Night Out increases awareness of community police programs and builds bridges between officers and those they serve and protect. Law enforcement departments and unions with their communities celebrated National Night Out across the U.S. and shared about it on social media.

It was so great to see so many people from the community come together for an amazing evening of fellowship, food and fun! Children of all ages were able to interact with local law enforcement throughout the evening. There was a SWAT truck that you could sit in, bounce houses you could jump in, patrol cars, motorcycles, and drones to see and even police dogs enjoying the attention from the kids.
