Tacoma Police Department Officer Komarovsky responded to the scene of a car accident and though witnesses said there was no one in the burning car, Officer Komarovsky found a barely responding driver in the front seat. Without hesitation or with a second thought as to his own well-being, Officer Komarovsky reached in, cut the driver’s seat belt loose, and pulled him to safety.
