Across the United States this January 9, people thanked officers, dispatchers, and other law enforcement professionals, showing their appreciation in honor of Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. Las Vegas was no exception, and like most things in Las Vegas, they did it big and in bright lights – big, bright blue lights for LEOs, that is!
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department shared the below photos on social media along with the post, “Check out these amazing pictures from around Las Vegas for National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. These were taken yesterday evening and you can see our resort partners, convention center and City of Las Vegas Government city hall lit up their marquees and lights. We really do have the BEST community and we’re thankful for the show of appreciation and support ? Thanks to the LVMPD Foundation for all their work which helps us give back all year long!”
